Senior UI/UX Designer (Female)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and a proven track record of delivering visually appealing and highly functional interfaces. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into intuitive and engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX and Product Design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final design.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Translate complex concepts and requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance user engagement.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve design processes.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team.
• Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across different devices and platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a senior role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with creating and implementing design systems.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and typography.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
