Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will guide design initiatives, mentor junior designers, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and deliver exceptional user experiences for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align design strategy with product vision, roadmap, and business goals.
• Lead end-to-end design initiatives using a user-centered approach.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into actionable designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs, maintaining exceptional standards.
• Explore innovation opportunities, including AI-assisted design tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of responsive design, design systems, and accessibility (WCAG).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for collaboration with engineers.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of AI-powered design tools is a plus.

Full Time Onsite
11am to 8pm Monday to Friday
IT Tower Gulberg 3 Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
