Senior Unity Mobile Game Developer

Invincible GG builds cutting-edge mobile sports games, sports simulations, and social casino–style interactive experiences. Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Unity Developer to help build, scale, and support high-performance mobile games on iOS and Android.

If you have deep Unity experience, strong engineering fundamentals, and a passion for sports or casino-style gameplay, this role is an excellent fit.

What You’ll Do

• Build, develop, and maintain core gameplay systems using Unity and C#.
• Lead implementation of new features, UI systems, and simulation logic.
• Optimize game performance for mobile devices across iOS and Android.
• Integrate Unity with native mobile frameworks (notifications, platform services, native UI, plugins).
• Work closely with designers, artists, and product managers to develop new gameplay features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a live product environment.
• Write clean, maintainable code that scales with ongoing updates.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of professional game development experience.
• 5+ years of Unity (C#) experience developing mobile games.
• Shipped at least one or more mobile titles (sports sims, racing, casino, or system-heavy games preferred).
• Strong Unity expertise: gameplay scripting, prefabs, UI toolkit, animation systems, addressables, scene management.
• Experience with Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) native integrations.
• Experience with REST APIs, backend integrations, or cloud services.
• Excellent debugging, optimization, and performance profiling skills.
• Understanding of architecture, OOP principles, design patterns, and scalable workflows.
• Experience using Git in a multi-developer environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with real-time simulation systems or RNG frameworks.
• Knowledge of in-app purchases, mobile monetization, and live-ops systems.
• Familiarity with Firebase, PlayFab, AWS, or similar services.
• Experience with analytics tools and data-driven feature development.
• Shader development or GPU optimization skills.
• Passion for sports, racing, strategy games, or casino-style games.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
