Senior Upwork Bidder

Red Star Technologies is seeking a proactive Senior Upwork Bidder to drive client acquisition, manage proposal strategies, and maintain a strong project pipeline. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience winning projects on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, and excels at building client relationships and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target high-potential projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
• Prepare and submit compelling, customized proposals to maximize project win rates.
• Manage communications with prospective clients, clarifying requirements and expectations.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and project teams to develop accurate proposals, timelines, and cost estimates.
• Maintain organized records of bids, client interactions, and active project pipelines.
• Mentor junior bidding team members and share best practices to improve proposal success.
• Analyze bidding outcomes to refine strategies and increase project acquisition efficiency.

Requirements:

• 1–1.5 years of proven experience on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Skilled in crafting persuasive, high-quality proposals.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
