Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Upwork Bidder with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in generating business through Upwork. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various development domains (e.g., web, mobile, UI/UX) and be capable of handling multiple project categories while effectively communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
• Write customized and high-converting proposals based on client requirements
• Handle communication with clients (chat, calls, follow-ups)
• Understand technical requirements across multiple domains (Web, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal development teams to ensure accurate project understanding
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and track project status
• Negotiate pricing and close deals
• Build long-term client relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as an Upwork bidder
• Strong understanding of freelance platforms (especially Upwork)
• Basic knowledge of development technologies (e.g., WordPress, MERN, Flutter, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple roles/projects simultaneously
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with agencies or software houses
• Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management
• Understanding of project estimation and timelines

Work Type:

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
