Jeeny is a mobile application that eases daily commuting and transportation. By connecting you with your preferred mode of transportation, we are fulfilling our aim of making mobility accessible, affordable, and flexible for all.
We are a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group), Rocket Internet, and IMENA. Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However, in 2016, it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
We have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi.

Job Brief:
As a Senior UX Researcher, you will help bring the voice of drivers and customers into product decisions. You’ll work closely with product, design, and data teams to generate insights that improve the overall mobility experience.

This is a key role in building a strong research practice and establishing continuous feedback loops with our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, field studies, surveys, usability testing)
• Build and manage a panel of drivers and riders for continuous feedback
• Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights
• Partner with product managers and designers during discovery and validation phases
• Identify key user pain points and opportunities across the driver and rider journey
• Support product decisions with data-driven insights and research findings
• Contribute to building research processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing

• 4–7+ years of experience in UX Research or related field
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong experience in qualitative research and user interviews
• Good understanding of quantitative methods (surveys, data analysis)
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to cross-functional teams
• Experience working closely with product and design teams
• Experience in mobility, ride-hailing, travel, or marketplace products
• Experience conducting field research with operational users (e.g., drivers, couriers)
• Familiarity with analytics tools and behavioural data
