This is a hybrid role combining strong individual contribution with design leadership—owning execution quality, driving consistency through a design system, and partnering closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to simplify highly complex financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end user experiences for customer-facing applications and internal platforms including finance operations, treasury, credit committee, and risk management systems.

- Translate complex financial logic and workflows into clear, intuitive experiences.

- Design data-heavy interfaces such as dashboards, tables, analytics, and approval workflows.

- Own the implementation and governance of a unified design system across products.

- Enforce visual and interaction consistency; detect and correct UI inconsistencies.

- Collaborate closely with product, business, engineering, risk, and compliance teams.

- Actively participate in delivery squads and sprint cycles.

- Review implemented UI in UAT and production and drive fixes.

- Develop a roadmap for continuous UX/UI improvement and modernization.

- Ensure designs meet regulatory, audit, and risk requirements.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- 5–7+ years of UX/UI design experience.

- Mandatory experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.

- Prior experience as a Senior or Lead Product Designer.

- Strong understanding of financial concepts (credit, risk, treasury, finance operations).

- Proven experience with complex, data-intensive enterprise systems.

- Strong proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma).

- Experience working in regulated environments.

- Exceptional attention to detail and design precision.
