Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the UX strategy and design for one of our highest-revenue products—a core platform that enables clients to generate and manage transaction reporting at scale. This role centers on reporting workflows, rules engine design, and end-to-end UX flows that support both internal users and external clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in designing complex systems, shaping user journeys, and driving intuitive experiences in regulated industries such as finance, health, or insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • UX Flow & Reporting Experience Design: Own the end-to-end UX flow for transaction reporting—focusing on how users generate, customize, and manage reports. Design intuitive, scalable reporting experiences that support diverse client needs and deliver measurable business value.
  • Rules Engine & Workflow Design: Design and structure a rules engine that enables users and team members to create, share, and manage reporting rules. Develop patterns and frameworks that ensure rules are easy to configure, reuse, and understand across teams.
  • User-Centered Design: Ground all design decisions in research, user behaviors, and data insights. Partner closely with business stakeholders and users to ensure the reporting platform’s experience is clear, efficient, and aligned with real-world workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Design Systems: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex reporting and transaction logic into simple, elegant user flows. Contribute to and extend the global design system to ensure consistency across reporting interfaces and related products.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional product design experience
  • Strong expertise in UX flow design for complex, data-heavy products
  • Experience designing for regulated industries (finance, health, insurance)
  • Proven ability to design reporting workflows, rules engines, or similar systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Miro
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate complex UX concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Portfolio demonstrating relevant UX flow and reporting-focused design work (Figma or similar link required)

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience using AI-powered tools to optimize reporting workflows or design processes
