Role:

Reporting to the Head of Creative, you will be a senior member of Para’s Design Team, leading the creation of outstanding user experiences across platforms and mobile applications. You will play a key role in turning complex data and workflows into intuitive, elegant interfaces—helping users engage seamlessly with state-of-the-art digital twin technology.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will not only translate user needs into thoughtful design solutions but also mentor junior designers, influence product strategy, and ensure design consistency across the platform ecosystem. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that balance usability with visual impact, while driving innovation in platform and mobile experiences.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, HCI, or related field
• 5–8+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing platform and mobile projects
• Track record of designing complex, data-driven interfaces for web and mobile platforms
• Expertise in prototyping and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Skilled in wireframes, user flows, mockups, and rapid prototyping for both desktop and mobile contexts
• Familiarity with collaboration and tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design rationale to stakeholders
• Excellent time management, ability to prioritize, and comfort working under tight timelines

Desirable Skills

• Strong eye for design, with a focus on scalable design systems
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first principles
• Enthusiasm for technology, data visualization, and digital innovation
• Experience working in technology or engineering companies is preferred
• Bonus exposure to video editing, BIM, unreal engine, AutoCAD, or immersive experience design
