Senior Video Editor

Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished product that matches the creative vision
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video
- Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
- Create rough and final cuts
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of videos
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency

Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Senior Video Editor or similar role
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity
- Familiarity with special effects, 2D animation, motion graphics, and photo editing
- Creative mind and storytelling skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
