 You re a seasoned editor who knows how to grab attention in under 3 seconds. You think in hooks, cuts, pace, and punchlines. You understand how stories unfold and how to make people swipe / subscribe. You re fluent in the language of social and know how to shape content that performs without losing craft.
    What you'll do 
  - Edit and oversee high-impact video content designed for social and digital platforms; organic short form social, long form social & ads.
- Shape stories with flow, rhythm, and a deep instinct for what grabs attention. Your craft extends beyond editing to wider post skills (color grading, audio fundamentals, and motion graphics/VFX integration to elevate video content).
- Become an expert in our clients' brand guidelines (pace, style, color palettes) and specific platform technical specs (Meta, Snap, TT, X, YT).
- Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and social teams to push ideas further; Participate actively and confidently in creative ideation and conceptual phases, contributing meaningful technical insights.
- Stay on top of platform trends, audience behavior, and algorithm shifts, you don t just follow, you test and learn.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced and evolving environment; Multitask, work independently, support a team, adapt to rapidly shifting priorities, while maintaining strong time management skills.
- Build smarter post workflows   from naming conventions to automation to AI integration, you re the one geeking out on how we work.
- Lead by example: own your output from rough cut to polish, setting the standard for craft and storytelling. You set the bar for excellence in the team and share tools, techniques, and insights with the team.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate at all levels within (and sometimes outside) the organisation.
    What you'll bring   - 5+ years editing professionally, with a social-first mindset.
- Solid editing experience for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Snap, YouTube; organic social & paid.
