Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards in collaboration with the marketing and design teams.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and messaging tone.
- Enhance visual storytelling using color correction, transitions, graphics, animations, and sound design.
- Stay updated on video trends, editing styles, and platform best practices to ensure fresh and engaging output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Guide junior editors, motion designers, and interns, maintaining high creative and technical standards.
- Organize and manage video assets and file systems for efficient retrieval and archiving.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in video editing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other relevant post-production software.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Experience in motion graphics, sound editing, and color grading.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, creative mindset.
