Senior Video Editor

4 hours a day / 5 days a week (Remote Work)

Key Responsibilities

Asset Management: Download raw footage, audio files, and brand assets via Google Drive, ensuring all files are organized and properly managed locally.

Targeted Video Editing: Edit short-form and long-form content (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube videos) that visually communicates the high-level services and campaigns we build for our clinic partners.

Post-Production Magic: Enhance videos with color grading, audio synchronization, sound design, text overlays, and engaging motion graphics.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all final deliverables adhere to both Bullseye Digital's standards and our clients' specific brand guidelines.

Collaboration: Upload drafts to Google Drive for review, communicate effectively with the team, and implement feedback in a timely manner.

Platform Optimization: Export and format videos correctly for various platforms (e.g., 9:16 for Reels/TikTok, 16:9 for YouTube/Web).

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of editing styles. Experience editing for agencies or healthcare/clinic clients is a strong plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. (Experience with After Effects is an advantage).

Connectivity: A highly reliable, high-speed internet connection is mandatory for downloading large 4K video files and uploading heavy exports via Google Drive.

Cultural Awareness: A solid understanding of the UAE market, local culture, and regional social media trends.

Self-Starter: Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently without micromanagement.

Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage but not required).
