Job Overview

The Senior Video Editor is responsible for managing the full video post-production cycle, from raw footage to final delivery, ensuring the production of high-quality visual content. The role requires advanced proficiency in Final Cut Pro, strong creative judgment, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining consistency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end video editing process, from raw footage to final output.
• Edit and assemble video content using Final Cut Pro, ensuring high-quality storytelling and pacing.
• Perform color correction, color grading, and audio editing to meet professional standards.
• Integrate motion graphics and visual effects using After Effects when needed.
• Ensure consistency in quality, branding, and visual style across all video projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams onsite.
• Review, implement, and manage feedback and revisions efficiently.
• Maintain organized project files and post-production workflows.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in video editing or post-production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse and high-quality video projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in Final Cut Pro.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Solid understanding of color correction, audio mixing, and visual effects integration.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in an onsite environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience producing content for social media, digital marketing, or branded content.
• Motion graphics or basic animation skills.
• Experience working in agencies, media houses, or production studios.
