We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality videos for course content, brand promotions, and marketing campaigns. This role requires expertise in video editing software, creativity, and a keen eye for detail. The candidate must be self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:

• Content Editing & Production:
• Edit raw video footage to produce engaging and polished course content and marketing videos.
• Ensure a seamless flow of content through effective cutting and stitching of video sequences.
• Creative Enhancements:
• Add music, subtitles, animations, and transitions to elevate the video experience.
• Experiment with visual storytelling techniques to maintain viewer engagement.
• Brand Collaboration:
• Develop promotional videos for the brand, including social media reels and advertisements.
• Align video content with the brand’s visual identity and messaging.
• Team Coordination:
• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, graphic designers and other teams to meet project objectives.
• Attend daily stand-ups, share updates, and complete worksheets as required.
• Technical Ownership:
• Utilize a personal high-end video editing system (desktop/laptop) to ensure efficient rendering times.
• Manage video resolution, frame rates, and formats for various platforms.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency:
• Expertise in video editing software: Filmora/Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
• Storyboarding + Creativity & Attention to Detail:
• Ability to plan and visualize video content using storyboards before editing begins.
• Eye for color grading, sound mixing, and overall production aesthetics.
• Time Management:
• Capability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Problem-Solving:
• Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges during post-production efficiently.
• Communication:
• Strong verbal and written skills for seamless team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of emerging video trends and techniques.
• Experience in editing for e-learning platforms or promotional content.
• Familiarity with motion graphics design.
• Experience with video optimization for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
