Having established a strong foothold on TikTok Shop and Amazon, we are now scaling our creative department. We aren't just looking for someone to "cut clips"—we need a Senior Creative Strategist who can architect our visual identity and drive multi-million dollar growth through high-performance video content.
What You’ll Do (The Strategic Impact)
- Creative Direction: Lead the visual storytelling for our brand. You will translate marketing goals into high-converting video frameworks (Hook-Body-CTA) that resonate with the US and global Chinese markets.
- High-Stakes Editing: Produce "hero" content for TikTok Shop Ads and Amazon Premium A+ content, focusing on advanced color grading (achieving that specific K-Beauty "Glass Skin" look) and sound design.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze retention graphs and ROAS data to iterate on creative assets. You don’t just wait for feedback; you proactively suggest "B-versions" based on what the data tells you.
- Bilingual Brand Voice: Oversee and refine English/Mandarin messaging to ensure cultural nuances are captured in subtitles and copy, maintaining a premium brand voice.
- Workflow Management: Establish efficient SOPs for content production, from raw footage organization to final delivery, ensuring the team meets aggressive launch deadlines.
- Trend Forecasting: Be the first to identify emerging TikTok/Social trends and "bridge" them to the K-beauty niche before they go viral.
Requirements (Senior Level)
- Experience: 2+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally in Beauty, Fashion, or DTC E-commerce. A proven track record of "viral" or high-ROAS content is essential.
- Advanced Technical Skills: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects. While CapCut is great for trends, we expect "Senior" level polish in motion graphics, color correction, and sound mixing.
- Strategic Portfolio: Your portfolio must demonstrate more than just "clips"—we want to see case studies (e.g., "This video led to a 20% increase in CTR").
- Leadership Mindset: Ability to mentor junior creators/interns and take full ownership of the creative pipeline.
Nice to Have
- Studio Direction: Experience directing creators or UGC influencers on lighting and framing.
- Growth Marketing: Familiarity with TikTok Shop Ads Manager or Amazon Attribution.
- Beauty Obsession: Deep knowledge of the 10-step routine, active ingredients (Retinol, Cica, etc.), and the current K-Beauty landscape.
- Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Mandarin (Reading/Writing for subtitles and localized content strategy).
