Senior Vinyl Film Installer / Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vinyl Film Installer to lead our installation operations in BAHRAIN. The candidate must be open to a move to BAHRAIN. This individual will play a key role in overseeing both residential and commercial fit-out projects, ensuring high quality standards, team productivity, and strict adherence to company procedures from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise installation teams on-site across a variety of projects.
• Ensure precise application of self-adhesive vinyl film on different interior surfaces, including kitchens, wardrobes, walls, doors, and furnishings.
• Maintain strict quality control across all works — finishing, alignment, edge work, and durability.
• Work closely and effectively with the Operations Manager and Senior Sales Officer in the company and enforce company SOPs and internal systems throughout project execution.
• Plan and allocate manpower and resources for maximum productivity and minimal waste/loss.
• Act as the main point of contact with site supervisors or clients during installation, providing updates and resolving any on-site issues.
• Manage project timelines, ensure on-time delivery, and escalate challenges proactively.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment for all team members on-site.
• Provide on-the-job training and upskilling to junior installers.
• Handle both small-scale B2C projects (residential homes) and large-scale B2B projects (hotels, restaurants, retail chains).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Experience:

• Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)
