Joinery Factory Operations Manager

Oversees a factory's daily operations to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production of bespoke and standard woodwork products. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, workforce, and materials; maintaining machinery and equipment; implementing and enforcing health, safety, and environment (HSE) regulations; coordinating with design and procurement teams; monitoring KPIs for quality and cost-effectiveness; and improving operational processes.
