Job Title: Senior Waitress
Description:
We are looking for a Senior Waitress to lead and oversee the food and beverage service operations in our restaurant. The role involves ensuring exceptional customer experiences by coordinating all guest interactions, from welcoming guests and taking orders to delivering food and beverages and managing service quality and transactions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise service staff to deliver high standards of service in terms of efficiency, quality, and guest engagement.
- Oversee the mise-en-place for assigned stations to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Inspect table setups to confirm they meet the restaurant’s service standards.
- Ensure all service equipment and furniture are clean, functional, and properly arranged.
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders.
- Provide beverage service, including wine service, in line with international hospitality standards.
- Manage and monitor the inventory of cutlery, crockery, and service equipment assigned to the station.
- Assign duties fairly and efficiently among the team.
- Ensure all team members maintain hygiene, grooming, and discipline standards.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Attention to detail: Ensure table settings and service presentation meet established standards.
- Coaching and training: Support team development by coaching and guiding staff on service techniques and performance improvement.
- Quality control: Verify that all tableware and service items are clean, polished, and in good condition.
- Billing accuracy: Oversee billing and payment procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with guests by delivering attentive, personalized, and professional service.
- Guest engagement: Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Service recovery: Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
