Job Purpose
Manage and oversee warranty claim operations, ensure compliance with OEM standards, and support product improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, analytical ability, and after-sales experience to optimize warranty processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Validate and process warranty claims from dealers/service centers.

Monitor claim accuracy and ensure compliance with OEM policies.

Analyses warranty data to identify cost drivers, trends, and root causes.

Prepare reports on warranty performance and product reliability.

Provide technical guidance to dealers and internal teams.

Support audits, training, and process improvements in warranty operations.

Liaise with engineering and quality teams on product issues.
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related engineering field.

4–5 years’ experience in warranty, after-sales, or service engineering (automotive preferred).

Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics.

Proficiency with warranty systems, ERP, or DMS platforms.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high claim volumes.
