Senior Web Creative Lead (WordPress + Shopify) – Full-Time

Salary: 65,000 PKR to 75,000 PKR / Month (depending on experience)

We are hiring a senior Web Creative Lead who can immediately raise standards, improve output quality, and elevate the entire web division.

We are not building an academy prospect.
We are bringing in someone who can step in and change the dynamics from day one.

The Role

This is a hands-on role.

You will:

• Creative direction across all web projects
• Design and build high-quality WordPress AND Shopify websites
• Set visual and UX standards across the agency
• Improve and refine junior work
• Take ownership of performance, structure, and final delivery
• Ensure all builds are modern, conversion-focused, and premium

You are designing, building, and elevating.

What We Expect

• 3+ years experience in web design & development
• Strong experience in WordPress (Elementor/Bricks preferred)
• Strong experience in Shopify (custom themes, UX optimization, store structure)
• Proven design sense (layout, hierarchy, whitespace, typography)
• Strong understanding of UX and conversion principles
• Ability to independently improve weak designs
• Strong leadership mindset
• Excellent teamwork and professional work ethic
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Proper remote work equipment setup
• Availability for full-time consistent hours
