Senior Web Designer

Job Title: Web Designer (Webflow + WordPress Knowledge)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with strong expertise in Webflow and working knowledge of WordPress. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing visually appealing, responsive websites while also handling basic development tasks using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive websites using Webflow
• Create visually engaging layouts aligned with brand guidelines
• Convert Figma / Adobe XD designs into functional websites
• Write and modify basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Manage and update Webflow CMS collections
• Work with WordPress for content updates, theme customization, and page building
• Customize WordPress themes and work with page builders (Elementor, Divi, etc.)
• Implement animations and interactions in Webflow
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
• Apply basic SEO best practices (meta tags, alt tags, structure)
• Optimize website performance and loading speed
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Web Design
• Strong experience with Webflow
• Working knowledge of WordPress
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
• Familiarity with CMS structures
• Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
