Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Website Developer to manage backend systems and server infrastructure for our e-commerce platform. The role involves developing secure, scalable APIs, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development (Node.js)

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.
• Use clean and scalable code architecture (Controller-Service-Repository).
• Work with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) for data modeling and optimization.
• Implement authentication systems (JWT, OAuth) and performance improvements.

DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Deploy and manage systems on AWS (EC2, ECS, ECR, S3, RDS, Redis, CloudWatch, Route53).
• Containerize applications with Docker and manage production deployments.
• Configure DNS, domains, and SSL certificates.
• Manage Cloudflare setup for performance and security.
• Monitor, secure, and optimize Linux/Ubuntu servers.
• Automate deployment and infrastructure tasks when possible.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Node.js and Express.
• Solid knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL and Sequelize ORM.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Skilled in Docker and containerized environments.
• Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu systems and network security.
• Familiar with Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and deliver reliable, maintainable code.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Terraform or Ansible.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Redis or Elasticsearch.
• AWS cost optimization experience.
• Previous e-commerce project experience.
