Our client, a Danish digital marketing agency, is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong background in eCommerce and conversion-focused design. This role goes beyond design — the ideal candidate must be highly skilled in analyzing user behaviour with Microsoft Clarity (or similar tools) and turning performance insights into actionable design improvements.

The right person is equally comfortable digging into performance metrics, preparing reports, and presenting recommendations as they are in Figma designing conversion-optimized flows and landing pages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and conversion-optimized user experiences for eCommerce platforms
• Build high-converting landing pages and user flows using Figma
• Analyze performance data (Clarity heatmaps, session recordings, CVR, RPV, bounce rate, etc.) to identify friction points
• Prepare detailed reports with design improvement recommendations and implement changes
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align design with business goals
• Translate user behaviour insights into measurable design improvements

Must-Have Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Strong experience with eCommerce UX/UI
• Proven ability to design for conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Clarity (or similar behavior analytics tools) for analysis and reporting
• Comfortable analyzing performance metrics to inform design decisions
• Understanding of user psychology and conversion funnels

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Portfolio showcasing results-driven design
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (not required, but a plus)
