Visual Designer

Position Overview:

In this role, you will use your creativity and design expertise to develop engaging visuals that align with our clients' brands and objectives. You will also collaborate with the UI/UX team to contribute to seamless digital experiences, with opportunities to grow your skills in micro animations and UI/UX design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs, case studies, including graphics, illustrations, branding materials, and social media content.
• Collaborate with the UI/UX team to design interfaces and experiences that are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns and client projects.
• Produce engaging micro animations to enhance digital content and storytelling (preferred).
• Maintain consistency and quality in all design projects, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years proven experience as a Visual Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, tools, and workflows.
• Experience or an interest in creating micro animations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and expand your skill set.
