As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our team at our Tesla Authorized Service Facility in Ajman and seeking an experienced welder to join immediately.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Welder with hands-on expertise in GMA welding, spot welding, and riveting. Candidates with prior experience in a Tesla Authorized Body Shop will be given immediate priority. This role is critical to ensuring the structural quality, safety, and precision of repairs performed on high-end electric vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding, riveting, and related repair tasks on electric vehicle body structures.
• Carry out GMA welding, spot welding, and riveting with precision and compliance to Tesla and EVS standards.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with the body shop team to deliver high-quality repair and maintenance services.
• Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workshop.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder in the automotive repair industry.
• Strong skills in GMA welding, spot welding, and riveting.
• Prior experience at a Tesla Authorized Body Shop is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, diagrams, and technical instructions.
• Attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and safety.
• Valid certifications in welding or related trades are an advantage.
• Availability for immediate joining.

Employment Terms:

• Salary Range: AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 (based on experience).
• Location: Ajman – EVS Ajman, UAE
• Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday.
• Benefits: Company Visa, Health Insurance, 30 days paid annual leaves, Overtime Pay
• Visa Options: Candidates may be hired under agency visa with an NOC, subject to approval.
