Senior WordPress Developer

We are seeking a Senior WordPress Developer to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, customization, and ongoing maintenance of WordPress websites. You will collaborate with the design and development teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly, and responsive websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites with a focus on performance and user experience.
• Customize themes and plugins based on project requirements.
• Ensure websites are responsive, SEO-friendly, and optimized for speed and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing WordPress websites.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and other developers to implement creative and functional solutions.
• Manage website migrations, backups, and hosting-related tasks.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in WordPress development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders
• Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, website security, and optimization techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Projected Total Compensation: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
