Job Purpose
To prioritize, schedule, and manage workshop maintenance works ensuring the timely and cost effective completion of all assignments, while also ensuring compliance to all workshop procedures.
Responsibilities:

Participate in preparing the yearly operating expenses of his function by, providing input to the Workshop
- Manager in setting the yearly plan for the workshop tools and equipment.
- Prepares monthly maintenance schedule ensuring timely delivery for all the planned work at the required quality level as per the technical standards and specifications required.
- Acts as a technical advisor to the complex problems occurring during the actual maintenance operations.
- Prepares and analyses the Group Productivity Report, highlighting monthly maintenance activities (i.e. # of repairs, recurring technical problems, etc.), provides recommendations for corrective actions when needed.
- Applies and ensures compliance of the Workshop team to the Health and Safety procedures and standards,
- Conducts performance appraisals sessions of his direct report in due time.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in a reputable automotive dealership or workshop.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle electromechanical systems.
- Understanding of maintenance, repair processes, parts, and accessories.
- Knowledge of automotive engineering and modern technologies.
