Senior/Lead Architect

This position offers the scope to take the lead across multiple projects simultaneously, managing and leading design teams, steering client relationships, and ensuring each project is delivered to the highest standard.

Working alongside the founding partners, you ll be trusted to:

• Lead the design and coordination of complex, high-profile projects from concept through to completion.
• Represent the studio in client meetings and presentations, ensuring ideas are communicated clearly and confidently.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, balancing design ambition with practical execution.
• Mentor and guide the design team, fostering a supportive and experimental studio environment.
• Step into a leadership role when the founding partner is away, taking responsibility for both team direction and client liaison.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the studio s design language through experimentation, research, and collaboration.

Requirements

You re an experienced Senior Architect who thrives in a hands-on, design-led setting. You understand how to bring clarity, organisation, and creative rigor through every stage of the design process.

You ll need to demonstrate:

• 10+ years post-qualification experience (ideally within leading design practices).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and client-facing skills.
• Fluency in Revit and presentation software (Rhino, EnScape, Adobe Suite)
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• A natural curiosity for experimentation, someone who loves to test materials, details, and ideas that challenge convention.
• Experience in cultural, public, or landmark projects (museum experience is an advantage).
