About the Role:
The Salesforce CRM Analytics Sr/Lead Developer role is an important position within the Platform
Analytics team, involving the support and enhancement of Salesforce implementations for diverse clients
across industries.
Location: Hyderabad. This role requires an on-site presence, with no hybrid or remote work option.
Experience: 4-7 Years (with Minimum 4 Years of Relevant Experience)


Your Contribution:

    • Collaborate with the CRM Analytics team to analyze and address business, functional, and technical
    • requirements and issues.
    • Participate in project team meetings, ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders.
    • Leverage strong hands-on experience in CRM Analytics to envision and design solutions, provide
    • meaningful insights, and take a consultative approach with stakeholders.
    • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions, optimizing the use of the CRM
    • Analytics platform.
    • Develop data flows, recipes, data sets, lenses, and dashboards to facilitate quick decision-making.
    • Perform data integration, connecting CRM Analytics to Salesforce and external systems.
    • Utilize hands-on experience with JSON and Intelligence within Einstein Analytics.
    • Assess and troubleshoot bugs and data discrepancies within the analytics platform.

Requirements:

    • Strong hands-on experience in CRM Analytics.
    • Proven expertise in analytical solutions.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Strong experience in SQL/SAQL.
    • Proficiency in Dataprep/Recipe building.
    • Knowledge of CRMA Admin and Permissions.

Good to have:

    • Tableau experience will be a strong plus.
    • Dashboard Templatization is an add-on.
    • Datacloud exposure is an advantage.
    • Great to have explored Tableau next.
    • Knowledge of Einstein Discovery is a plus.
    • Background in any ETL tool is an add-on.
    • Knowledge of JavaScripting & Visual Studio is an add-on.
