About the Role:

The Salesforce CRM Analytics Sr/Lead Developer role is an important position within the Platform

Analytics team, involving the support and enhancement of Salesforce implementations for diverse clients

across industries.

Location: Hyderabad. This role requires an on-site presence, with no hybrid or remote work option.

Experience: 4-7 Years (with Minimum 4 Years of Relevant Experience)

Your Contribution:

Collaborate with the CRM Analytics team to analyze and address business, functional, and technical
requirements and issues.
Participate in project team meetings, ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders.
Leverage strong hands-on experience in CRM Analytics to envision and design solutions, provide

meaningful insights, and take a consultative approach with stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions, optimizing the use of the CRM

Analytics platform.

Develop data flows, recipes, data sets, lenses, and dashboards to facilitate quick decision-making.
Perform data integration, connecting CRM Analytics to Salesforce and external systems.
Utilize hands-on experience with JSON and Intelligence within Einstein Analytics.
Assess and troubleshoot bugs and data discrepancies within the analytics platform.

Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience in CRM Analytics.
Proven expertise in analytical solutions.
Strong communication skills.
Strong experience in SQL/SAQL.
Proficiency in Dataprep/Recipe building.
Knowledge of CRMA Admin and Permissions.

Good to have:

Tableau experience will be a strong plus.
Dashboard Templatization is an add-on.
Datacloud exposure is an advantage.
Great to have explored Tableau next.
Knowledge of Einstein Discovery is a plus.
Background in any ETL tool is an add-on.
Knowledge of JavaScripting & Visual Studio is an add-on.
