Position Overview

The SEO / Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing BG Group’s online visibility across search engines and digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO strategies, Google Ads, social media advertising, and digital analytics to enhance lead generation and brand awareness.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Create and manage advertising budgets, ensuring campaigns deliver within target costs and timelines.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop SEO-friendly content.
  • Optimize website structure, landing pages, and user experience to improve conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends and algorithm changes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SEO and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Proven track record of improving search rankings and managing successful ad campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Experience in the construction, real estate, or luxury services industry is an advantage.
  • Must be currently based in the UAE.
