SEO / AEO Specialist (AI-Driven Content & Search Optimization)

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Senior SEO and AI-Search Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment and wants to directly influence revenue outcomes—not just activity metrics.

Through our AI-powered Intelligence Hub, we help Fortune 500 enterprises, government agencies, and public sector organizations securely manage, analyze, and govern complex data with full control and compliance.


Our Multimodal AI Data Intelligence Platform uses Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enable advanced capabilities such as automated tagging, redaction, summarization, OCR, translation, subtitle generation, object detection and tracking, intelligent search, sentiment and emotion analysis, topic extraction, document classification, and facial recognition.


Role Overview


We are looking for a results-driven SEO & AEO Specialist who understands how search has evolved from traditional keyword rankings to answer-based, AI-powered discovery (Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity, voice search, etc.). This role blends technical SEO, content strategy, and AI-assisted content creation to improve organic visibility, qualified traffic, and lead generation across search engines and AI answer platforms.


AI Output Verification & Accountability (Required Competency)


The candidate must be capable of effectively using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to support work outputs such as content, analysis, documentation, or code. However, the candidate must also demonstrate strong judgment and ownership of the final deliverables. AI-generated output must never be treated as final without review. The candidate is expected to validate accuracy, completeness, logic, compliance, and alignment with business requirements, and refine AI-assisted work to meet the expected quality standards. The individual will be held accountable for the final output, regardless of whether AI tools were used during execution.

  • Responsibility for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs
  • Ownership of final deliverables, regardless of AI assistance
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI results and ensure they meet defined requirements
  • Accountability for accuracy, quality, and compliance

1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Own and lead the overall SEO strategy aligned with revenue goals
  • Conduct keyword research (short-tail, long-tail, and intent-based keywords).
  • Optimize on-page SEO: Titles, meta descriptions, headers (H1–H6, Internal linking, Image alt text, URL structures
  • Improve technical SEO: Site speed, Core Web Vitals, Indexing, crawlability, XML sitemaps, Schema markup (structured data), Perform SEO audits and implement fixes.
  • Track and improve rankings, CTR, organic traffic, and conversions using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.


2. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)

  • Optimize content to rank in featured snippets, People Also Ask, and AI-generated answers.
  • Structure content for direct answers, including clear question-and-answer formatting, Bullet points, tables, summaries
  • Optimize content for voice search and conversational queries.
  • Create content that AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity) can easily extract and cite.
  • Implement FAQ schema, How-To schema, and entity-based optimization.



3. AI-Assisted Content Strategy & Production

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper, etc.) to: Generate first drafts of blogs, landing pages, FAQs, and knowledge-based articles
  • Expand or repurpose existing content
  • Create SEO-optimized outlines and topic clusters
  • Prompt engineering to guide AI outputs toward: Search intent, Brand voice, Compliance and factual accuracy
  • Edit, fact-check, and humanize AI-generated content to ensure: High quality, Originality, EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trust) compliance
  • Use AI for: Meta titles and descriptions, Content gap analysis, Content refresh and optimization

4. Content Strategy & Execution
  • Build topic clusters and pillar pages aligned with business goals.
  • Align content with buyer journeys (awareness, consideration, decision).
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create high-impact content.
  • Optimize content for conversion (CTAs, internal links, lead magnets).


5. Product & Market Understanding (Critical Requirement)

  • Develop strong understanding of: Our AI platform, Target industries (enterprise, government, public sector), Competitive landscape.
  • Clearly articulate product differentiation and USP in all content
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into search-friendly, high-conversion messaging
  • Collaborate closely with:
    • Product teams
    • Sales
    • Leadership
    • Marketing


Required Skills & Qualifications


Must-Have

  • 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (senior-level preferred)
  • Proven experience driving measurable organic traffic growth
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and search intent
  • Hands-on experience with AI content tools
  • Knowledge of AEO, featured snippets, and conversational search
  • Excellent written English and editing skills
  • Experience with analytics and SEO tools
  • Ownership mindset — ability to work with minimal supervision



Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with B2B SaaS, government, or enterprise markets
  • Knowledge of schema markup and structured data
  • Understanding of Google SGE and AI search trends
  • Basic HTML/CMS knowledge (WordPress preferred)
