SEO & AI Optimization Executive

We’re looking for a detail-oriented SEO Executive with a strong bias toward AI-powered optimization. You’ll use AI tools alongside core SEO practices to accelerate research, improve on-page quality, scale content, and automate routine tasks—driving measurable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Enhanced Research: Use AI for keyword clustering, SERP analysis, topic mapping, and search intent classification.

Programmatic & Scalable Content: Generate briefs, outlines, FAQs, and meta assets with AI; maintain editorial quality and E-E-A-T standards.

On-Page Optimization: Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal links, and schema markup (including AI-assisted schema generation).

Content Upgrades at Scale: Identify decaying pages and refresh content using AI suggestions and human review.

Technical SEO Support: Use AI to draft checks for crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals insights, and log-file patterns (with developer handoff).

Automation & Workflows: Build prompt libraries and lightweight automations (e.g., Sheets + AI, simple scripts) to speed repetitive tasks.

Performance Monitoring: Track rankings, CTR, impressions, and conversions in GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio; create AI-assisted insights summaries.

Experimentation: Run AI-assisted A/B tests on titles/meta/internal linking; document hypotheses, results, and learnings.

Collaboration: Partner with content, design, and engineering to implement AI-informed SEO best practices.

Trendwatch: Stay current on Google updates, AI search (SGE/AI Overviews), and evolving SEO/AI standards.

Requirements

1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience.

Proficiency with AI tools for SEO (e.g., GPT-class models, AI writing/briefing tools, AI clustering tools).

Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and common SEO suites (e.g., Ahrefs/Semrush).

Strong analytical skills; comfort turning data into actions and clear narratives.

Excellent prompts and attention to detail; able to balance AI speed with editorial quality.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with technical SEO and site audits (crawlers, CWV, sitemaps, robots, canonicalization).

Familiarity with WordPress or other CMSs; basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

Exposure to Looker Studio dashboards and light Python/Apps Script for SEO automation.

Experience building internal prompt libraries and AI quality guidelines.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

Growth in qualified organic clicks and conversions.

Improvements in CTR, position, and share of voice across target clusters.

Reduced time-to-publish for briefs/pages via AI workflows (without quality loss).

Backlog velocity: number of optimized pages and successful experiments per sprint.
