Job Description:
Terra Universal is growing and looking for an experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist who will lead our search engine optimization initiatives while supporting our marketing automation and email campaign efforts. As the SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and support our B2B marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize our digital presence and implement data-driven marketing automation strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in B2B cleanroom and laboratory equipment markets
- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and site architecture for maximum search engine visibility
- Build and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings
- Design and implement marketing automation workflows using HubSpot to nurture leads and improve conversion rates
- Manage email list segmentation and targeting strategies to support SEO-driven lead generation campaigns
- Analyze and report on SEO metrics including organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and revenue attribution
- Monitor and optimize website analytics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and HubSpot reporting tools
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven decision-making
- Create SEO-optimized, segment-specific content for web pages, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Implement best practices for UX (User Experience) to improve engagement metrics and support SEO performance
- Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices
- Collaborate with marketing team on integrated campaigns that combine SEO, email, and marketing automation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, STEM, computer science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in SEO with demonstrated results in B2B markets
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page SEO best practices
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot
- Proven ability to implement and manage marketing automation workflows and email campaigns
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic website development principles
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, including segmentation, personalization, and lead nurturing
- Ability to successfully manage and collaborate on multiple, simultaneous projects
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and drive results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling, SEO-optimized content
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical B2B markets is a plus

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
