Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to improve our online presence, increase website traffic, and drive conversions across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization, web analytics, content management systems, and digital marketing tools to optimize our brand’s visibility and engagement.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact search terms and optimize website content accordingly.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies including on-page optimization, metadata management, and link building to enhance search engine rankings.
- Utilize SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and update content management systems like WordPress, ensuring content is optimized for SEO best practices.
- Implement technical SEO enhancements including HTML, CSS, JavaScript modifications, and site structure improvements to improve crawlability and user experience.
- Use Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to analyze web traffic data, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Optimize website conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and user experience enhancements.
- Coordinate with social media management teams to align digital marketing campaigns across platforms for maximum reach.
- Develop strategies for SEM campaigns to increase visibility on search engines through paid advertising efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in SEO, web analytics, e-commerce integrations, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems like WordPress.
- Expertise in keyword research, metadata optimization, link building strategies, and conversion optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with technical SEO aspects including site architecture, metadata management, schema markup, and site speed enhancements.
- Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics & Adobe Analytics) for tracking performance metrics.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager for implementing tracking tags efficiently.
- Ability to manage social media channels as part of integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of search engines’ algorithms (Google & others) and how they impact ranking strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams effectively.
