SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who can independently manage multiple SEO projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in On-page, Off-page, Technical, and Local SEO, stay up to date with search engine algorithm changes, and have working knowledge of Google Ads. This role requires direct client interaction, reporting, and collaboration with developers when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies for multiple clients
• Perform On-page SEO optimization (content, metadata, internal linking, keyword optimization)
• Manage Off-page SEO activities including link-building and brand mentions
• Conduct Technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with developers
• Implement and optimize Local SEO strategies (Google Business Profile, citations, local rankings)
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns when required
• Work independently on projects with support from developers as needed
• Attend client meetings to discuss performance, strategy, and improvements
• Prepare and share weekly and monthly SEO reports for each client
• Handle and prioritize up to 3-4 projects simultaneously

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or SEO Expert
• Strong knowledge of On-page, Off-page, Technical, and Local SEO
• Up-to-date understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors
• Experience with Google Ads and basic PPC concepts
• Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and reporting
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Experience working with development teams

Agency experience handling multiple clients

Knowledge of content strategy and CRO is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
