SEO and Social Media Specialist

We are seeking an SEO and Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Tempe, Z. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our online presence and driving organic traffic to support our mission of delivering outstanding legal services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings.
• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization.
• Manage link-building initiatives to enhance domain authority.
• Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
• Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content for search engines.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure best practices are followed.
• Assist in the development of digital marketing campaigns that align with SEO goals.
• Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Grow and engage the firm’s online community by developing campaigns that increase brand awareness, client trust, and lead generation.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to create content that highlights case successes, community involvement, and firm culture.
• Basic IT skills, including the ability to set up workstations, install software, and handle light troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools.
• Experience with keyword research, link building techniques, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite).
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools and conversion optimization strategies is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content tailored to different social platforms.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
