Job Title: SEO & Web Developer (Night Shift)

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi — On-site
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Blu Sky VAS is a fast-growing US-based virtual assistant and digital solutions company providing back-office support, customer service, and marketing expertise to clients across the United States and Canada. We are looking for a skilled SEO & Web Developer who can manage both website development and search engine optimization to strengthen our clients’ online presence.

What You’ll Do

- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.

- Proven experience in full-stack WordPress development.

- Hands-on experience in custom WordPress theme development from scratch.

- Experience with custom WordPress plugin development and customization.

- Strong understanding of WooCommerce customization and integration.

- Ability to convert Figma or other UI/UX designs into fully functional WordPress websites.

-Solid knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

-Familiarity with website performance optimization techniques.

- Understanding of SEO best practices in modern web development.

- Experience with Shopify development, theme customization, and app integrations.

- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

-Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

-Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

-Plus Points

- Experience with React.js for building dynamic user interfaces.

-Experience with Git or other version control systems.

• Website Development: Design, build, and maintain responsive websites with strong functionality and user experience.
• SEO Optimization: Perform on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and competitor analysis to improve rankings.
• Technical SEO: Ensure websites are optimized for speed, mobile responsiveness, and search engine crawlers.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement SEO-friendly content and blogs.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Troubleshooting & Updates: Fix bugs, maintain CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.), and keep websites secure.
• Collaboration: Work closely with digital marketing and business development teams to align strategies.

What You Bring

• Proven Experience: 1–3+ years in SEO and website development (WordPress, Shopify, or custom builds).
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP (basic), and CMS platforms.
• SEO Expertise: Familiar with keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) and link-building strategies.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for improved performance.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Quick to troubleshoot, optimize, and implement solutions.
• Communication: Strong English skills to collaborate with international clients.
• Night Shift Readiness: Must be available to work US/Canada hours (8 PM – 5 AM PKT) on-site in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.
