SEO Associate – (On-page Specialist)

Location: Model Town, Lahore

Timings: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Job Overview:

As an SEO Associate (On-Page Specialist) at TechXaro, you will play a key role in executing and supporting on-page SEO strategies that drive organic growth, improve search engine rankings, and strengthen our clients' online presence.

In this role, you will work closely with the SEO team to optimize website content, conduct keyword research, monitor performance metrics, and implement on-page best practices across multiple projects. You will gain hands-on experience with industry-leading SEO tools and develop a strong foundation in how search engines crawl, index, and rank digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant, high-performing, and intent-driven keywords and map them strategically across website pages
• Write and optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, and URL structures for all pages to improve search visibility and click-through rates
• Optimize website content including headings, body text, images, and internal linking, for both search engines and user experience
• Perform regular on-page SEO audits to identify technical issues such as broken links, duplicate content, redirect errors, and crawlability problems
• Monitor and track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and page performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
• Ensure proper implementation of schema markup, canonical tags, robots.txt, and XML sitemaps for better indexing and crawling
• Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed across all new and existing pages
• Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, including page speed, mobile friendliness, and overall user experience across all website pages
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for management
• Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, industry trends, and SEO best practices to ensure continuous improvement and sustainable rankings

Requirements:

• Matric to Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing or related fields).
• 1-2 years of experience in On-page SEO (Mandatory)
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in implementing on-page SEO principles and best practices across projects or websites.
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must have your own Laptop. (Mandatory)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 (based on interview and experience).
