Job Description

Sofill is looking for a results-driven **SEO Executive / SEO Specialist** who can manage complete SEO tasks and deliver real ranking results.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of **on-page SEO, off-page SEO, backlinks, keyword research, content writing, local SEO, and SEO reporting**. We need someone who understands how to rank websites, improve organic traffic, create SEO-friendly content, and build quality backlinks.

### Key Responsibilities

* Perform complete website SEO audit and create SEO improvement plans

* Conduct keyword research for service pages, blogs, and landing pages

* Optimize website pages with proper on-page SEO

* Write SEO-friendly website content, blogs, meta titles, and meta descriptions

* Build quality backlinks through ethical off-page SEO methods

* Improve website rankings on Google search results

* Work on local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization

* Track keyword rankings, website traffic, and SEO performance

* Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports

* Find competitor gaps and new ranking opportunities

* Coordinate with content, design, and development teams for SEO improvements

* Deliver measurable SEO results, not just basic daily tasks

### Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of on-page SEO and off-page SEO

* Good understanding of technical SEO basics

* Experience in backlink building and outreach

* Ability to write SEO-optimized content and blogs

* Knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis

* Understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics

* Basic knowledge of WordPress SEO will be preferred

* Ability to rank service-based business websites

* Good communication and reporting skills

* Responsible, consistent, and deadline-focused attitude

### Preferred Experience

* 1–2 years of SEO experience preferred

* Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile SEO will be a plus

* Experience in ranking business websites, service pages, and blog content will be preferred

* Previous SEO results, ranked keywords, or portfolio examples will be a strong plus

### Salary

**PKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month**

Salary will depend on skills, experience, and the candidate’s ability to deliver results.
