SEO Content & Landing Page Manager (AI-First Guides, Q&A-Led Content)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Dubai-based SEO Content & Landing Page Manager to build high-quality, question-driven content that ranks, educates, and converts. This role goes beyond writing standard blog posts. You will create structured guides, FAQs, and landing page content designed to answer real customer questions in a way that search engines and AI systems can clearly understand and reference.

You must be able to think like a customer: anticipate the questions people will ask, address objections, explain processes step-by-step, and connect topics with strong internal linking (within our websites) to build topical authority and guide users to the next action.

This is a hands-on production role with clear weekly deliverables, high quality standards, and direct feedback loops.

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠SEO Guides & Educational Content (Core)

⁠ ⁠Write long-form SEO guides and articles that fully answer customer questions, not just “cover a topic.”

⁠ ⁠Build Q&A-led content: include well-written FAQ sections based on real user intent.

⁠ ⁠Create content that is structured, scannable, and easy to extract for AI-driven search results (clear definitions, steps, comparisons, checklists).

⁠ ⁠Ensure every piece of content is useful, trustworthy, and complete.

2.⁠ ⁠Landing Pages (Conversion + Structure)

⁠ ⁠Write and improve landing pages for offers and new initiatives.

⁠ ⁠Create section-based page frameworks: hero value proposition, trust points, benefits, process steps, comparisons, FAQs, and clear calls-to-action.

⁠ ⁠Write conversion-aware copy that reduces hesitation and answers “next questions” before the user asks.

3.⁠ ⁠On-Page SEO for Every Deliverable

For each article or landing page you deliver, you will provide:

⁠ ⁠SEO title (length-aware), meta description, and suggested slug

⁠ ⁠Clean H2/H3 structure and readable formatting

⁠ ⁠FAQs that reflect real questions and objections

⁠ ⁠Image suggestions and strong alt text (natural and descriptive)

⁠ ⁠Internal linking suggestions (to relevant pages within our sites)

4.⁠ ⁠Internal Linking & Topic Architecture

⁠ ⁠Build and maintain internal linking maps (topic clusters) to strengthen authority and improve crawl paths.

⁠ ⁠Update existing pages: add missing FAQs, improve structure, refresh sections, and insert relevant internal links.

5.⁠ ⁠Content Quality Control

⁠ ⁠Prevent thin or repetitive content and avoid internal duplication across similar pages.

⁠ ⁠Maintain consistent tone, clarity, and formatting standards.

⁠ ⁠Improve published content based on performance and new ranking opportunities.

Deliverables & Performance Expectations (Typical Weekly Output)

⁠ ⁠2–4 high-quality guides/articles (topic depth over word count)

⁠ ⁠1–3 landing pages created or significantly improved (depending on business priorities)

⁠ ⁠5–15 updates to existing pages (FAQs, internal links, meta improvements, structure)

⁠ ⁠Image briefs + alt text for all new content

Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have)

⁠ ⁠Proven experience writing SEO content that ranks (portfolio required)

⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of search intent and user-question research (PAA-style thinking)

⁠ ⁠Ability to write structured, educational content for complex topics

⁠ ⁠Conversion-focused landing page copywriting skills

⁠ ⁠Excellent English writing (native or near-native)

⁠ ⁠Strong internal linking instincts and topical authority mindset

⁠ ⁠Comfortable delivering clean, copy-paste-ready content for modern CMS workflows

Nice-to-Have

⁠ ⁠Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or premium/luxury verticals

⁠ ⁠Additional languages: Arabic, German, French, Spanish

⁠ ⁠Familiarity with content performance measurement (Search Console or similar)
