We’re growing fast and are looking to bring on a strategic SEO Manager who can own the organic search strategy for our clients and internal projects. This role will play a critical part in driving growth through content-driven SEO, technical improvements, and data-backed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to grow organic traffic for RedBrick and our clients, with a focus on local and content-driven SEO.
• Conduct deep keyword research, competitive analysis, and search intent mapping to guide strategy and content planning.
• Audit and optimize existing content while spearheading the creation of new, SEO-focused content aligned with client goals.
• Collaborate with account managers, designers, and developers to ensure websites are optimized for both users and search engines.
• Create and test data-backed hypotheses to improve rankings, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Monitor SEO performance, prepare detailed reports, and present insights to both internal teams and clients.
• Stay ahead of search engine evolution—including AI-powered search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to keep clients competitive.
• Identify and capitalize on emerging trends, seasonal opportunities, and industry shifts to maximize organic visibility.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong expertise in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Proven ability to create and implement SEO strategies that drive measurable results.
• Strong content strategy background, with the ability to optimize and collaborate with writers/designers for SEO-friendly content.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring SEO impact and forecasting growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading client conversations.
• Experience with technical SEO (site audits, schema, Core Web Vitals) is highly valued.
• Previous content writing/editorial experience is a plus.
