Color Neon is a growing global brand specializing in lighting décor and custom signages. We create unique, high-quality designs for homes, businesses, and events worldwide. As we expand internationally, we’re looking for a motivated SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to help us boost our visibility, grow organic traffic, and build a stronger digital presence.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic rankings and website traffic.
• Manage on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, content optimization, schema markup, internal linking).
• Improve technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, indexing).
• Develop and execute link-building campaigns, focusing on acquiring high-quality backlinks.
• Create and optimize content strategies aligned with SEO goals (blogs, product pages, landing pages).
• Monitor competitors and identify new opportunities to strengthen our online presence.
• Support digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.).
• Report regularly on KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI of SEO and marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithms, industry trends, and emerging SEO tools.

Requirements

• Proven track record in SEO strategy, backlink building, and digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content SEO, and off-page strategies.
• Understanding of e-commerce SEO, preferably with Shopify experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; French is a strong advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
