Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated SEO Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive targeted traffic, and enhance overall digital presence. This role requires a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, web analytics, and content optimization techniques to maximize visibility across search engines and social media platforms. The SEO Specialist will collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to implement best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research using various SEO tools to identify high-value keywords aligned with business goals.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and HTML elements for improved visibility and relevance on search engines.
  • Manage and enhance content management systems such as WordPress to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
  • Utilize Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other web analytics tools to monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify issues related to site architecture, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and other technical factors affecting search rankings.
  • Build high-quality backlinks through effective link building strategies while adhering to search engine guidelines.
  • Implement conversion optimization techniques to improve user engagement and lead generation on digital platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts and integrate social media management strategies with overall digital marketing efforts.
  • Use Google Tag Manager and other SEO tools for tracking website metrics, user behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement SEO enhancements such as schema markup, metadata updates, and site speed improvements.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in SEO, SEM, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO, SEM, web analytics, or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems like WordPress.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and various SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Strong understanding of keyword research techniques and content optimization strategies including metadata management.
  • Knowledge of conversion optimization principles and e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and integrating social media into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights for improving website performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Pay: $53,700.00 - $70,000.00 per year
