SEO / Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

* Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility.

* Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize content.

* Monitor and report on key SEO metrics, including rankings, traffic, and conversions.

* Work with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all content.

* Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.

* Monitor competitor SEO activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

* Assist in managing paid search campaigns, including keyword selection and ad creation.

* Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement fixes.

* Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

* Create/edit/ manage the performance of paid social media campaigns across Meta/ Tik Tok / LinkedIn/ Youtube

* Implement A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve ad performance and identify winning variations

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

* 3-4 years of experience in SEM/SEO or digital marketing roles.

* Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are preferred.

* Strong understanding of on-page and off-page

SEO techniques.

* Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

* Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and initiatives.

* In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

* Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Adobe XD,

Figma or Sketch) is a must.

* Has proven working knowledge of and highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (notably

Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva

* Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.

* Knowledge of Wordpress and similar tools

* Ability to meet deadlines

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
