Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SEO, PPC (Google Ads & Paid Campaigns), and performance-driven digital strategies that increase traffic, leads, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Execute and optimize SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
- Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager
- Optimize website content and landing pages for better rankings and conversions
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
- Hands-on experience with PPC / Paid Campaigns
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs
- Experience in conversion optimization and performance reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with social media marketing and email campaigns
- Knowledge of content marketing strategies
- Agency or in-house marketing experience
