Job Title: SEO Executive

About the Role:
We’re seeking a results-driven SEO Executive to join our marketing team and boost our online presence! If you’re passionate about driving organic traffic, optimizing websites, and staying ahead of search engine trends, this is your chance to shine. You’ll work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to implement strategies that enhance our website’s visibility and rankings on search engines like Google.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing, relevant keywords for content optimization.
  • Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, content, internal links) and off-page strategies (link building, outreach).
  • Perform regular website audits to identify technical issues, improve site speed, and ensure proper indexing.
  • Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track KPIs and identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions.
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and perform gap analysis to enhance our SEO efforts.
  • Report on SEO performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1–2 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of content marketing and social media strategies is an advantage.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
