Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and social media marketing campaigns. Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and content promotion is essential. Video editing skills will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Develop and execute Google Ads and YouTube Ads strategies to generate leads and brand awareness.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Manage paid campaigns including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging content and promotional materials.
• Utilize video editing tools to create promotional and engaging content (a plus point).
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
• Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) will be a plus.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
