We are looking for a SEO Executive to join our team and help improve our website's visibility on search engines. As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for implementing effective SEO strategies, optimizing website content, and ensuring that our digital presence ranks highly in search engine results. This role requires someone with a solid understanding of SEO techniques, analytics, and the ability to work closely with other teams to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Page SEO: Optimize existing website content for keywords, meta tags, headers, and internal linking to enhance visibility.
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and integrate them into content and strategies.
- Content Optimization: Work with the content team to create and optimize blogs, landing pages, and other website content for SEO.
- Technical SEO: Assist in ensuring that the website’s structure is SEO-friendly, including optimizing site speed, mobile responsiveness, and URL structures.
- Link Building: Contribute to off-page SEO efforts by identifying link-building opportunities and collaborating with external websites for backlinks.
- SEO Audits: Conduct regular site audits to identify issues affecting SEO performance, such as broken links, duplicate content, or crawl errors.
- SEO Reporting & Analysis: Track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush, and provide monthly performance reports to the team.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors’ SEO activities, track their performance, and analyze their strategies to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in SEO performance.
- Collaboration: Work with web developers, designers, and marketing teams to implement SEO improvements, including code changes and content updates.
Required Skills:
- SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO principles, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Keyword Research: Experience with SEO tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz for keyword research and analysis.
- Analytics & Reporting: Ability to use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track, analyze, and report on SEO performance.
- Content Optimization: Ability to optimize website content (text, images, videos) for SEO.
- Link Building: Familiarity with ethical link-building strategies and creating relationships with external websites.
- HTML/CSS Basics: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, including how these affect SEO.
- Attention to Detail: Careful attention to SEO metrics, audit results, and the ability to correct issues.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to explain SEO concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience with eCommerce SEO (e.g., optimizing product pages, improving category structure).
- Experience using SEO tools like Screaming Frog, Yoast SEO, Ubersuggest, etc.
- Understanding of local SEO and Google My Business.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager or other tracking/analytics tools.
- Familiarity with SEO plugins for WordPress or other content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of PPC (pay-per-click) and SEM strategies.

Education & Experience:
- intermediate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in an SEO role or digital marketing, with a proven track record of improving search rankings and driving organic traffic.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
