Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated SEO & Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role involves driving backlink acquisition, managing local SEO efforts, optimizing Google My Business (GMB), and supporting the team’s growth through structured training.

Key Responsibilities

• Backlink Acquisition: Execute free and paid backlink strategies, including outreach, negotiation, and collaboration with aggregators.
• GMB Management: Optimize, audit, and oversee Google My Business (GMB) listings while leading all local SEO initiatives.
• Training & Development: Identify skill gaps in the team and support training programs to enhance overall performance.
• Project Management: Ensure timely updates and completion of weekly tasks on Zoho Projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO, backlink building, and local SEO (including GMB optimization).
• Strong understanding of SEO tools, techniques, and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for outreach and link acquisition.
• Ability to lead training sessions and mentor team members.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Zoho Projects preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,014.33 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
